Description
The Marketing Strategy and Execution team is seeking a CRM Marketing Professional 2 to join working remote. Members of this team will understand, based on the E&O and/or business teams' intent, the business problem trying to solve or customer issue trying to alleviate. They lead the AMT in the ideation and development of learning agendas (including research) and marketing and communications tests / campaigns, including campaign design and measurement plan. They will partner with Marketing Ops on the complete BRDs, write creative briefs and submit data analytics intakes. They will also provide feedback on and approve creative, and lead the team in identifying the insights and implications of campaign results.
Responsibilities
Key Role Functions
Applies a strong depth of knowledge of the Medicare Advantage consumer and how Humana's products, benefits and services can best meet their healthcare needs across the member journey
Partners closely with E&O, business partners, and agile marketing team members to determine how new member marketing and communications need to evolve based on business objectives and outcomes
Authors the key briefs of any given campaign: Creative briefs, Campaign briefs, positioning statements,.(if applicable)
Works with experience designer on key moments of truth in the communication journey and develops omni-channel strategies for offer and call to action creation and presentment
Works with analytics lead to define key measures of success, test and learn and reporting approach

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
Progressive experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
Familiar with Internet marketing/basic knowledge of web design
Strong writing and communication skills
Possess the ability to write queries, create forms, reports and documents in Access and Excel.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with designing and arranging website content
Prior health insurance industry experience
Prior ad agency experience a plus
Additional Information
Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement
