The primary role will be to provide support of US-wide business priorities, including management/oversight of the Promotional Review Process (PReP), Lead key integration activities, partner on the Health Equity Initiative, business-planning calendars, culture change projects and other cross-brand key initiatives as determined by the Head of U.S. Commercialization, CV/IMM/ONC and the Head of US Commercialization Strategy and Operations. The individual will partner with a large cross-functional set of stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Legal, Commercial Regulatory Affairs, Medical, and IT. As a member of the Operations team for the Head of the U.S. Commercialization, CV/IMM/ONC this individual will interface with the U.S. Leadership team and other senior-level stakeholders as needed.
The role will be accountable for the following:
Drive all PReP related process implementation and continuous improvement efforts across all US brands/ teams (Oncology, Immunology, CV, VAP) in partnership with matrix teams (Commercial Regulatory Affairs (CRA), Medical, Legal) and U.S. Commercialization, Hematology ; includes integration, leading work streams, ad hoc business cases, training.
Partner on the Health Equity Initiative for the US
Enhance Marketing Excellence for US Commercialization in partnership with Head of US Commercialization Strategy & Operations, and the executive sponsor; lead 2022 Business Planning
Collaborate across the US S&O community to build a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Lead organizational Career Development activities (PA Women's Conference, Commercial Innovation Tournament, Leadership Forums, Leadership Awards)
Lead ad-hoc initiatives in support of U.S. business priorities. Projects may include close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations or Organizational Development functions.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Partner with cross-functional Operations teams and each Brand to maintain U.S. planning calendar, objectives dashboard, business continuity management efforts, etc.
Support annual brand planning process and business reviews.
Drive culture change initiatives to contribute to an energizing workplace in PPK.
Qualifications - Internal
Experience in US commercial strategies that drive business performance.
Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred
3-5 years Marketing experience required, sales experience preferred
Ability to network across the matrix, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Strategic and ability to take an enterprise view.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts a plus.
Project management experience.
The position will be located primarily at the Princeton Pike location, with key collaboration opportunities in Summit.
