Description
The Senior Product Marketer Develops, directs, and executes the go-to-market approach for a significant product or product category. The Senior Product Marketer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Marketer Creates the product value proposition and aligns the product positioning and messaging strategy to target the intended consumer. Works with Product Managers to establish product launch and adoption strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, and future product development. Plans, develops, and executes promotional campaigns that inform the organization's target market of the merits of purchasing its products and services. Researches, writes, designs, and edits collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience, or partners with Marketing teams to do so. Assesses product launches, advises on how to redirect campaigns, and recommends ways to improve initiatives. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, andwork is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Driving the activation of CenterWell Senior Primary Care value story in support of patient acquisition and retention
Executing patient & agent marketing tactics
Working with CDO marketing team to understand business needs based on objectives and then assist in the activating solutions that help to support measureable impacts to their business
Participate in the annual development of marketing plans based on corporate and business objectives
Partner with the CDO marketing team to influence internal and external partners to inform, develop and activate marketing strategies that improve CenterWell Senior Primary Care awareness to drive trust with patients and agents
Working with Care Delivery Organization marketing leadership to synthesize disparate marketing requests to drive efficiencies in our processes and spend
Provide direct oversight and relationship management of event vendors in executing primary care patient acquisition events
Serving as a key member on the Care Delivery Organization marketing team to shape our team's culture and elevate our team's strategic approach to business questions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
5 years of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and media marketing experience
Strong, demonstrated project management and event planning skills
Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and working within budgets
Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projects
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization
The successful candidate will be an action-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications and Business
Experience working in the healthcare industry
Experience working in agency marketing
Experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership
