Warby Parker is searching for a Performance Marketing Coordinator who can help our team execute and expand our podcast and YouTube influencer marketing. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner who’s excited to source new content, unearth performance trends, and present their findings within the Performance Marketing team. What you’ll do:
Work alongside our Senior Manager to plan, schedule, negotiate pricing, and QA all podcast and YouTube in-content sponsorships
Grow the portfolio of core partnerships by testing new podcast and YouTube shows
Expand existing weekly and monthly reporting views to help inform the team of campaign optimizations
Develop tests in collaboration with our Analytics team to identify viable partnerships on other marketing platforms—like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch—as an extension of our Youtube strategy
Work cross-functionally with the Brand and Social Media teams to onboard new content creation partners
Stay up-to-date with social trends and up-and-coming content creators while brainstorming timely collaborations to drive awareness and direct response
Who you are:
Backed by 1–2 years of experience in podcast or influencer marketing (internships count, too!)
Comfortable exploring data in Excel
Extremely process-oriented and detailed—you’ve got the organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple projects at the same time
Interested in and knowledgeable about cultural and social media trends
A people person who can form and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners
Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra credit:
Experience using Grin or comparable influencer search platform
Experience using pivot tables, lookup tables, and other intermediate functions within Excel
