Description
The Community Management Professional 2 cultivates the organization's social community through community advocacy programs and active engagement with community members. The Community Management Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
This position is a combination remote work at home and field facing position that requires about 50-75% travel in surrounding Florida counties of Miami Florida.
This position also requires bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish or Creole with ability to pass a Langiage Proficiency Assessment prior to hire.

Responsibilities
The Community Management Professional 2 builds visibility and credibility of organization's products and services throughout community via chats, posts, and interactions. Strategizes methods to scale communities and drive greater connections among community members. Engages new community members. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience working in a community serving organization, healthcare or government programs serving Medicaid beneficiaries or vulnerable populations
Proficient in general administration and data management systems
Knowledge of and ability to navigate community resources
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented, and a team player
Comfortable Public Speaking
Strong knowledge of CBO/FBO operating structures, SDOH and health equity
Understanding of marketing, social media and public relations and its connection to a field-based role
Bilingual English and Spanish/Creole - Language Proficiency Assessment will be performed to test fluency in reading, writing and speaking in both languages.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Additional Requirements / Adherence
Work Style: Combination remote work at home and travel within local region
Location: Miami Florida
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Travel:
50-75% travel to onsite locations attending events to communicate with members, and organizations.
This position must be willing to commute through multple surrounding counties.
Ocassional overnight and weekend stay as needed to meet business needs.
Leader will discuss schedule modifications as overnight and weekend needs apply.
Driver's License, Insurance, and Automobile Policy
Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the state of Florida, as required
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.
Remote Work at Home Requirements
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. (Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.)
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Covid Policy
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing

wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
Florida Health Insurance License
Background in marketing, community outreach, education and/or nonprofits
Experience in supporting Medicaid health plans and/or underserved populations
Familiarity with Florida geography and culture, particularly the assigned territory of this position
