Fox Interactive Media (FIM) has announced the appointment of Adam Bain as the new president of Fox Interactive Media Audience Network as part of its latest restructuring strategy. Bain was previously the company’s executive vice-president of technology and production. “Adam and his team have done an incredible job building advertising technologies that harness the opportunity of the social Internet,” said Peter Levinsohn, President of Fox Interactive Media. Michael Barett, chief revenue officer, had to leave the company as his post was eliminated in the reorganization of its new advertising operations and sales. The new advertising unit’s charter will be to optimize monetization across FIM’s content network, leveraging the company’s technology and ad-serving platform.
