Haggin Marketing, a provider of strategic marketing planning, creative production, and media and distribution analytics services has bought over I-Centrix LLC, a data management services provider. Haggin, which specializes in catalog marketing, direct mail, and e-commerce, provides services to clients, including AT&T, Gold’s Gym, and Dell. The acquisition will see the present I-Centrix management team retaining their roles under the original brand name. I-Centrix, which provides merge/purge and list processing as part of its services, interacts with customers to decide a rate for the entire year, based on the kind of services needed. The acquisition will allow Haggin to be able to work with customer data to create “more compelling and effective direct marketing,” according to reports. Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity fund, financed the deal.
