Sprint Partners with MySpace Mobile
Date: 12-18-2007
U.S.-based mobile service provider Sprint has partnered with MySpace to provide free access to MySpace Mobile services to its subscribers. Instead of manually entering a web address, Sprint users can directly access MySpace Mobile through a shortcut from the Sprint portal. Sprint customers will also have access to other Fox Interactive Media sites, such as AskMen and FOXSports. "Distributing our mobile sites through the Sprint mobile web home page will give customers immediate and easy-to-find access to our entire network of sites on Sprint phones," said Peter Levinsohn, president of Fox Interactive Media. MySpace Mobile, a streamlined version of the renowned social networking site MySpace, is currently in beta and is expected to launch officially in early 2008.
