The mobile video destination mywaves has launched a new version of its popular mobile video service that will focus on social networking features. Users can make use of their mobile handsets to showcase their entertainment interests, to connect with friends and other members of the mywaves community, and to share their favorites. The new version also includes chat options that allow users from around the world to communicate with each other. "This release was created in direct response to our users' requests to help them connect with other users so they can share what they like, to find people with similar interests, to leverage what others are watching, and to discover new entertainment they can enjoy on the go," informed Rajeev Raman, mywaves founder and CEO.
