BMW's North American arm has launched a new consumer website — BMWUSA.com — that allows consumers to personalize the website in specific ways. The revamped website offers more than 130 million options for consumers to configure a BMW. It also offers various features that seem more like social networking sites such as option to upload and share videos; leave reviews, ratings, and comments on BMW cars; and configure, order, buy, and service BMW cars. The site will also be linked with BMW service areas such as BMW Assist and Financial Services.
