Edge Legal Marketing enters alliance with PureTech Marketing


Edge Legal Marketing, a marketing and public relations company, has entered into a strategic alliance with PureTech Marketing, a company that specializes in marketing technology. The partnership is a logical extension of both businesses. Commenting on the alliance, Amy Juers, founder and CEO of Edge Legal Marketing, said the partnership will be beneficial for clients, as it will allow them to use both companies’ services on a global scale. Sally Bellwood, director of PureTech Marketing, added that PureTech’s experience with European markets and Edge’s with the U.S. market will benefit the alliance. Edge Legal Marketing serves companies that target the legal market, while Pure Tech serves companies located in the U.K.

Ron Finklestein writes 49 Marketing Secrets (That Work) to Grow Sales

Akron business coach Ron Finklestein has authored a book entitled 49 Marketing Secrets (That Work) to Grow Sales. The book is a compilation of marketing tips and strategies adopted by successful business owners across the country. It provides small-business owners with a safe and economical way to gain knowledge of marketing from other experienced business owners, said Finklestein. Finklestein, who has authored other books, is president of Akris, LLC, a business-coaching and consulting firm. Each businessperson featured in the book was selected for uniqueness of his or her marketing strategy and the ability to execute that strategy immediately, Finklestein said.

Top companies employ marketing-automation technology
According to newly released report, "Success Strategies in Marketing Automation," Aberdeen, a Harte-Hanks company, has established that 58% of the best-in-class companies are employing marketing-automation technologies, and around 32% have been using these technologies for more than three years. Seventy-four percent of the top companies are currently using, or are planning to use, marketing-automation technologies in the coming 12-24 months. The report, based on the survey of more than 200 organizations, shares how top-performing organizations make use of marketing-automation technologies to achieve superior results.
